The Ukazi leaves, also known as the Afang leave in some parts of Africa is mostly used in the preparation of Native soups like Afang soup and Okazi soup. The leaves look more like the orange leaves with a bit hard feel, they have a slightly bitter taste, and they are very rich in nutrients.
