Very easy to prepare. All you need to do is combine your broth and olive oil in saucepan, add salt to taste, bring to a boil, then add couscous moyen, Remove pan from heat then cover and allow to stay for about six minutes until all of the liquid is absorbed snd then your meal is ready to be served.
